COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We collect personal data from a variety of different sources. The main sources currently are:
Forms On Our Website
When you sign up to our newsletter and blog updates, or when you send an enquiry about one of our coaching services, we collect your email address, name and the specific message you wish to send us.
When you work with us and use our services, we will require your company name, email and address so that we may issue invoices to you.
Your contact information and email address is then sent to our email marketing system, Mailchimp, where we will send you information about your event.
We will seek your permission and ask you to opt-in to receive the event information.
We may carry out surveys to gather feedback to create products around and to improve our service offering.
We occasionally gather customer insight on behalf of our clients, which is detailed further below.
We may, from time to time, ask you for feedback on a specific product or the experience of working with us.
When you download free content provided by Lucemi Consulting you will be directed to Leadpages and asked to enter your name and email address.
This data is then transferred directly and securely to Mailchimp and any communication from us to you is sent directly through their email platform.
You may book a Free Strategy Session via a form on our website hosted by Schedule Once.
The information collected may include name, email, contact phone number, skype address and other information that provides information about you and the kind of service you require.
Throughout the process of working with Lucemi Consulting, you may share data with us. How we store and handle this data is covered in the Security Safeguards section
If you visit our site via a link from another site or platform we will record that information.
Whenever you interact with our website we will collect usage data. This may include which individual web pages you visit, the time you spent on the site, what information you click on and more.
We collect data from the device and application you use to access our website, such as your IP address and browser type. We also record your geographic location.

Lucemi Consulting will use your personal data based on having your permission or a legitimate interest in delivering coaching services and solutions that meet your needs.
We also use your personal data to help frame our services and to improve the communications we send you so it is of value to you.

All of our newsletters and stand-alone marketing communications will include the option for you to opt out.
The information we hold will be kept confidential and stored in two separate places.
All meeting notes and any other information for any coaching work we undertake for you is stored and organised in a Secure Google Drive folder.
You may have access to this folder at any time. You can also request, in writing, for any information to be deleted and forgotten.
We are also happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement at any time.
Cookies are used across the Lucemi Consulting website. A cookie is a small text file containing information that a web site transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes and allows us to analyse our site traffic patterns. It does not contain chocolate chips, you cannot eat it and there is no special hidden jar. A cookie cannot give us access to your computer or to information beyond what you provide us. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies; consult your browser’s manual or online help if you want information on restricting or disabling the browser’s handling of cookies. Lucemi Consulting uses surveys to collect feedback on our coaching services and products.
Any questions you answer and feedback you share is treated as private to you and, unless you expressly give permission, will never be connected with your name.
In some rare instances we may reward those who take part in our surveys with the chance to win something specific this does require collecting your details.
This is always optional and is never linked to your survey results. If you have won something, we will seek your permission to mention your name.
Lucemi Consulting also conducts surveys as a means of gathering customer insight. We may do this via online survey or via telephone.
We act as a Data Processor. Any client data lists, that you entrust us with, when we send a survey to those lists we require you, the Data Owner, to ensure you have permission to survey the people in the data list that you provide to us.
We seek permission from all participants before we record any telephone or skype interviews. We also seek their permission to share the recordings with you. In everything we do, clear consent is paramount.
Once the survey has been completed we will destroy all personal data that you provided to us, from our systems.
